It’s already October—and you know what that means? Not only is it time to start preparing for yet another snow-filled season of skiing and snowboarding, it’s time to step up your awareness. In honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, fizzy favorite Jones Soda has released a special breast cancer awareness cream soda flavor.
This limited edition pink cream soda features the variety of different black and white pictures on its label that has become the Jones standard. One of these pictures features a certain someone by the name of Lindsey Jacobellis, the reigning women’s snowboarding world champion. The Connecticut-born former Olympian and X-Games gold medal winner is the most recent addition to Jones Soda’s team of sponsored athletes. She joins the likes of Hawaiian pro surfer Brianna Cope, among others.
A portion of the proceeds from this delectable drink will go to Boarding for Breast Cancer. B4BC is an extremely important and active organization whose goal is to help educate young women on the importance of breast cancer awareness and detection, as well as living an active and healthy lifestyle. So come on ladies, let’s support a good cause and down some of that refreshing pink carbonated goodness after a long day on the mountain. And if you’re not a huge fan of carbonated soda, we recommend checking out The North Face Pink Ribbon Denali Jacket, where annual proceeds go to Boarding for Breast Cancer.
