From the minute we step outside in the sun as as child, it gets imbedded in our mind that sunscreen is important. As babies, our mothers slather sunscreen on our faces and put big, soft hats on our head. Yes! It's finally summer, which means the sun stays out past 5pm and there's no more reluctant "it's dark outside" after-work gym sessions to squeeze in some exercise in your hectic schedule.
